It is the aim of the Port Perry Minor Hockey Association to allow all children the opportunity to play the game of hockey.
Should financial circumstances be an issue we will try to help with our Hockey 4 All Program. Partial financial support is available to those families that are unable to pay the full fee for house league hockey.To apply for assistance you must follow the steps below: |

Register your child with PPMH by August 15th deadline. |

Contact [email protected] to inform them you are applying for financial assistance. |

Financial Assistance Applicants will need someone to endorse their application.
Applicants will need a letter from a community leader indicating their relationship to the applicant and a verification of the applicant’s economic barrier to participate in the program. |

The Township will inform us once your application is approved.
Please Note: JumpStart usually limit the amount to $100 per player due to increased demand. Amounts are dependent on other applications from local sporting organisations and the amount donated locally to the JumpStart Program.
If your application is declined you'll need to pay all fees (based on the origianl date of registration) before your kids can participate with PPMH. |

Once your Jump Start & Hockey 4 All awards have been granted any remaining fees must be paid in full before your child is considered registered. |
